Reservation Terms and Conditions – Verde Marrakech

Article 1 – Purpose

These terms set out the arrangements for booking tables, group dinners, private events and special evenings organised by Verde Marrakech.

They supplement the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Services applicable to paid services.

Article 2 – Table reservations

Booking a table at Verde Marrakech is free of charge.

Reservations can be made through the official platform https://reservation.verdemarrakech.com/ or directly with the restaurant team.

The customer must provide their name, contact details, date, time and number of guests.

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the establishment.

A free table reservation does not require any advance purchase.

Article 3 – Reservation confirmation

A reservation request is considered confirmed only after approval by Verde Marrakech.

Confirmation may be provided by email, telephone or WhatsApp.

For a service requiring prepayment, final confirmation also depends on payment being validated.

Article 4 – Times and arrival

Customers are asked to arrive at the time of their reservation.

If delayed, they must inform the restaurant as soon as possible.

Holding the table or its original location depends on availability and the organisation of service.

Article 5 – Table allocation

Table allocation is managed by the restaurant.

Requests for seating facing the stage, near the entertainment or in a particular area are considered subject to availability.

No specific location is guaranteed without express confirmation from Verde Marrakech.

Article 6 – Group reservations

Groups may choose a group package or an à la carte service, subject to availability.

Group menus must be selected and communicated to the restaurant at least four days before dinner.

Requests regarding the number of participants, dietary choices and additional services must be confirmed within the agreed deadlines.

For groups of 21 people or more, the final number of participants must be communicated no later than four days before dinner, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A deposit may be required to confirm certain services.

Article 7 – Private events and exclusive hire

Birthdays, corporate events, celebrations and exclusive hire are subject to a personalised proposal.

The proposal specifies the spaces, capacities, menus, services, times and financial terms.

The event is confirmed in accordance with the provisions of the accepted quotation.

Article 8 – Special evenings

Special evenings, including New Year’s Eve, may require full payment in advance.

The menu, prices, times, cancellation conditions and seating arrangements are communicated before payment is confirmed.

For New Year’s Eve on 31 December 2026, seating is arranged primarily in the order in which reservations are confirmed, subject to availability.

Article 9 – Children and special requests

Children are welcome when accompanied by their parents.

Any pricing conditions specific to children are stated for each event.

Allergies, dietary restrictions, birthdays and other special requests must be communicated to the restaurant sufficiently in advance.

Article 10 – Changes and cancellation

Free reservations may be changed or cancelled by contacting the establishment, without a financial penalty.

Services requiring a deposit or prepayment are subject to the cancellation conditions accepted at confirmation.
