Cancellation and Refund Policy – Verde Marrakech

Article 1 – Purpose
This policy sets out the conditions for changes, cancellation and refunds of reservations and services offered by Verde Marrakech.
The conditions vary according to the type of reservation and the commitments accepted at confirmation.
Article 2 – Free reservations
A standard table reservation is free of charge.
It may be cancelled or changed by contacting Verde Marrakech.
No cancellation or no-show fees apply to a free reservation that involves no specific financial commitment.
Article 3 – Group reservations
For group reservations requiring a deposit, this generally represents 50% of the agreed amount, unless a specific provision is stated in the quotation.
The usual conditions are as follows:
- Up to seven days before dinner: a change or postponement may be requested, subject to availability and acceptance by the establishment.
- From seven days to 48 hours before dinner: the deposit is non-refundable where this provision has been contractually accepted.
- Less than 48 hours before dinner: the deposit remains non-refundable under the applicable contractual conditions.
- On the day of dinner or in the event of a no-show: the total amount of the services firmly ordered may become payable within the limits set by the contract and regulations.
Specific conditions in an accepted commercial proposal take precedence over the general provisions.
Article 4 – Changes to the number of participants
For groups of 21 people or more, the final number of guests must be confirmed no later than four days before dinner, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any reduction after this deadline may result in charges for the services originally confirmed, in accordance with the accepted quotation.
Any increase remains subject to the establishment’s availability.
Article 5 – Exclusive hire and private events
Cancellation conditions for partial or exclusive hire of the entire establishment are defined in the signed quotation or contract.
They may take into account the services ordered, logistical commitments and expenses already incurred.
Any amounts retained must comply with the accepted contractual provisions and applicable law.
Article 6 – Specific conditions for New Year 2027
For the dinner show on 31 December 2026:
- Any cancellation request received before 24 December 2026 qualifies for a full refund of the amount paid.
- From 24 December 2026, the reservation becomes final and amounts paid are non-refundable in the event of cancellation at the customer’s initiative, subject to applicable mandatory rights.
Requests must be sent to Verde Marrakech, stating the customer’s name and reservation reference.
Article 7 – Cancellation by Verde Marrakech
When the establishment cancels a paid service that it is unable to provide, an alternative solution or a refund for the service not provided is offered in accordance with the customer’s rights.
Article 8 – Refunds
When a refund is due, it is made under the conditions set out in the contract and applicable regulations.
The refund is generally made using the original payment method where technically possible.
For bank card, PayPal or CMI payments, the time taken for the credit to appear may vary according to banking procedures and the relevant provider.
Any exchange rate differences arising from conversion between MAD, EUR or USD depend on the banking transactions actually carried out and the terms of the relevant providers.
No refund fee that was not disclosed and is not legally applicable may be imposed on the customer.
Article 9 – Requests for changes or refunds

- Their first and last name.
- Their reservation or order reference.
- The date of the service.
- The reason for their request.
Verde Marrakech reviews the request in accordance with the contractual conditions and applicable regulations.
Article 10 – General provisions
This policy supplements the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Services.
No provision limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable legislation.
